Welcome!Hello, I am Dr. Jasmine Kreig. I am a Director's Postdoc Fellow in T6: Theoretical Biology and Biophysics at Los Alamos National Laboratory. I use mathematical models, specifically agent-based models and ODEs, to model within-host viral dynamics. In particular, I am focusing on SARS-CoV-2 and HIV.
------ I finished my PhD in Energy Sciences and Engineering through the Bredesen Center for Interdisciplinary Graduate Education at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. I completed my research under Dr. Henriette (Yetta) Jager at Oak Ridge National Laboratory in Oak Ridge, TN. My dissertation focused on the effect biomass feedstock production has on biodiversity in managed agricultural landscapes. Go to the Research tab to learn more! |
